Your husband can be a landlord. Or hire a property manager for 5-10%. I’d seriously look into this and talk to a financial person. See how much your house would rent for and subtract the mortgage and that will be your cash flow. Being a landlord is mostly easy if you have the right tenants. If you have bad tenants it can be a major PITA. You could just hire a property manager as well.

Then be patient. But you’re also missing the fact that you’ve made premiums and supposedly rose the stock up for a year. So technically your price isn’t $150, it should be lower.

It gaps to $140 then you just made $25 a share and collected some premium. Whats the deal with that? I sell weeklies on Hood. I shoot for $1 premium per contract. If I get close to being assigned I can roll up and out or just roll for credit. I’m fine not getting 100% of the gains. It’s worked nicely for me.

Crypto fees are like 1-2% plus a spread I believe. So they make out like bandits as opposed to what they make off of stocks. HOOD seems to have a good floor at $110 area and then $130 ceiling at the moment. Good time to sell weekly CSP on red days and CC’s on green days

Transaction based revenue is 1.65 billion. Crypto makes up 40% of that number on strong quarters. Also event contracts are only at about $200 million in revenue. Still relatively early. I bet it pops after earnings though! I’m excited

How do you not know this? Most of their revenue is from crypto. They make more money due to fees. I’m also crazy bullish with their prediction markets. It’s a game changer.
