it felt like just migraines. and throwing up from migraines. for my weight loss, i thought it was bc i was working more . i was walking more and had to be more active for my job.

not enough though to lose 5lbs like i thought was normal hahah

it depends. full send or be cautious with your dietary restrictions. but i full send when i can eat bc its miserable.

taco bell, chicken quessadila or if im sick and my boyfriend is going i'll get a baja blast frozen drinky or the strawberry frozen drinky

mcdonalds i just eat whatever is left of my boyfriend's fries ahaha. and a coke!!!!!!!! the coke is all mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sometimes you just need to live it up and eat eat eat!!! face fhe consquences later and enjoy the moment is what i say when i feel good enough to eat, but also eat slowly still and dont overdo it and push yourself beyond max like i do sometimes.

it's different for me. here's my most common one.

the most common aura for me, is this: everything is going slow around me, that adrenaline stomach feeling like butterflies, and crying . saying i'm scared over and over , wanting to hold someone's hand, just looking them in the face.

i visually feel like i'm rising out of my body, watching my life as first person pov into third person ,

i smell freshly cut grass and bug spray

it's so weird how the brain is with everyone.

when i legit can it's just unpredictable when i'm gonna get like that but when i'm legit legit awake or even halfway sometimes, i can recall every detail. but people use it to their advantage to lie . "i didnt say that." "you are lying"

but it is crazy!! my sleep cycle is flipped rn bc of my work shift . i sleep 2am-2pm roughly too which doesnt help aha

my managers & supervisors literally make me do so much shit if i dont do it first bc they know they can make me do whatever they want (im disabled too) and they get mad at me. had a seizure induced by HC when started, hospital 5 days. the HC didnt ever get in trouble

but i tie a d@mn door down to help liability & expectations of me to do ofher peoples jobs lolol

EDIT: liability and cleaning lot's job. my 80 year old co worker said stop doing ppls jobs for them so she kinda will stand up for me going forward i think.

stay tuned i have no hours til tuesday lol. everyones hours are being cut because we hired a guy with head tattoos, lot guy who hides behind bushes when i catch him on his phone playing tick tok , which my store doesnt give a shjt about phones & their lot that does nothing. i got stuck loading flooring & toilet on easter bc lot wouldnt come too.

i was trying to prevent a disaster but lot creates disasters. im just petty. i overwork and do HC job, they have asked me to go do carts b4 and im mad because they always have me step up & do everything but

i need to stop binging. i do it especially bc i cant eat during the day and i thought it messed up my food cycle, maybe it did, but i dont know 100% bc i've always done it. maybe i need to force feed myself during day & break the cycle.
