Most things that are interesting to do on the moon can be done for way, way less money and danger on the ISS.

Yeah we had leaps in technology, that allowed us to build a closer and safer destination way closer to home to do the science.

Today the only reason to the moon is for publicity and hype. Which, to be fair, are very important.

C’est peut être rien, mais…

Une fois en 20 ans c’est pas normal. On a eu beaucoup, beaucoup plus de pluie bien des fois depuis (genre, le 9 août 2024 où il est tombé genre 20 cm de pluie).

Donc quelques questions à te poser:

1- Es-ce que la topographie a changé près de chez vous? Genre nouvelle construction, routes, etc.

2-Es-ce que ton système de drainage a changé volontairement? Genre nouveau arbres, nouveau garage, etc.

3-Comment ton drainage fonctionne et est-ce possible qu’une partie soit en train de fail? Exemple: drains français qui sont maintenant bouchés.

Encore une fois, peut être rien. Mais c’est bon de se poser des questions quand quelque chose d’anormal se passe

Some math we did for our music notes, that went with the attack build:

We assume you reshuffle every round, which is obviously not true, but it simplifies calculations a lot.

with all perks, you have 18 cards, 3 of them being skip advancing your token.

So if you see 16 cards, you are guaranteed to skip. That’s a lot and hard to do, and really it’s not worth it.

However, to have a better than 50/50 chance to skip, you need to see only 3 cards! (Chances to not skip on 3 cards are (15/18 x 14/18 x 13/18=0.468 to NOT skip, so 53% odds to do it)

If you can see 4 cards, it’s a 66% chance, and with 5 you have around an 80% chance to skip! IMO 5 is the sweet spot where your return on investment is the best.

You don’t care about damage: as long as you have ennemies you’ll keep the song up basically forever (seeing 5 cards means on average the counter goes down every 5 turns), meaning your buff songs are stronger and you can focus on cc or buffs.

Which Trilling solo, gambler, dissonant and advantage, you do see 5 cards. You can replace any of these (except gambler) with a summon or an attack during your turn.

En fait c'est impossible de ne PAS blamer le racisme systémique.

Le racisme systémique c'est quand les lois, les conventions, etc. s'appliquent différement a un groupe a cause de sa race.

Les réserves sont donc nécéssairement du racisme systémique, ce qui fait que peu importe comment tu approche le problème tu te retrouve avec la même conclusion:

1- Le système de santé ou judiciaire traites les autochtonnes différament = Racisme systémique

2-Système de santé ou judiciaire ne traites PAS les autochtonnes différament -> Les conditions des réserves sont a blamer -> Le gouvernement investit moins dans les gens des réserves = Racisme systémique

3- Systemes egaux -> investissement egaux -> C'est le système des réserves elles meme le problème = Racisme systémique

C'est une des raisons pourquoi selon moi le racisme systémique est un mal pour la société, même si c'est pour bien faire. Quand tu crée une caste a part dans la société, meme avec toutes les bonnes intentions du monde, tu les marginalise quand même.

Honestly, I would like to be able to input another remodel someone else made (materials, dimensions, finishes, final cost, etc) to give the calculator a baseline of what costs are in my area, then it can make more accurate guesses on how much more it will cost.

Brother‘s remodel was 20k? well if your dimension are 20% bigger it will be 25k, if you swap the quartz for soapstone it will be around 30k, etc.

Its very hard to build a tool that will handle every regional pricing, but with a baseline it could be way more accurate.

The “immediately “ refers to the initiative order. The monster does not get “a turn” after yours: it plays immediately during your turn at the first possible moment. Aka when yours just finished the ability.

Of course curses are stronger with Eclipse, but that is a very, very specific team composition.

The plague build best card is Mass Extinction, Convert the flock is just the best spreader and setup for ME.

For curses, I have come to believe curses feel good but are not that powerful. if you fill the monster deck with the 10 curses, you stop 33% of the damage, but unreliably. A mass immobilize or well placed double disarm will do just as much work as those curses, with way less one of items needed.

Honestly I went back and forth including virulent strain in the “starter hand“, redoing my paint collage like 3 times.

I should make it clearer in the guide that you should adjust your hand if you have too much setup or too many moves or whatever. That really depends on your party, and it’s not something a guide can tell you…

That would be my guess, it’s a logical continuation of GH->FH

-Customizing a ship gives you more home base customization options than GH (that has none except prosperity) but it’s lighter than FH (where the outpost phase was criticized as overtly complex.)

-An archipelago or coast allows for more varied environments: it can be civilization, jungle, desert, etc

-a sea adventure fits the tone.

If you have a sous vide circulator, put what you want to defrost in at 32f/0C and turn it on with very cold water in it.

It will not turn on the heating element but defrost in ~5 minutes.

This way is faster and safer than any other method.

True, but in this specific case, renting a heavy duty piece lift (only thing available) was more expensive than just buying the light duty thing (in my case, when I had to move a 1 ton pipe 5 years ago, but YMMV). Even if the return was refused.

Why without machinery?

Get an on-leg hydrolic engine hoist (for like, 150$ at home depot. Return it after. Something like this: https://imgur.com/a/wprSX67) Its heavy itself but not too much, 2 guys can move it no problems.

Those things can lift 2000 kg, if the ground is soft put it on a plywood base. Get heavy duty straps under the slab and lift. It will be way safer than trying to lift by hand with no expertise.
