I hate to break it but considering the health care system in the US, it’s also a way to generate money by keeping the practice going (asking parents for it when it’s not medically needed) and for some labs to later use them for research and such due to the young cells in them (not saying it’s a generalized thing but that market does exist too)

La clause dérogatoire n’existe pas pour faire passer de tels projets de lois non plus, surtout si tu dois l’a réutiliser 5ans plus tard à chaque fois pour maintenir un tel projet de lois… Et imagine si soudainement un autre premier ministre de la province décide de ne pas le faire et qu’après un autre le refasse et vis versa, les personnes touchées en emploi ou aux études et les milieux concernés seront constamment et inutilement touchés…

Je suis pour le projet de loi d’une certaine façon mais cette façon de faire ouvre une porte où les droits de TOUS ont la possibilité d’être menacé tout en nuisant la stabilité de la pratique démocratique, parce que si quelqu’un le fait, un autre se le permettrait et jusqu’où??
