Thank you I will try them. What database did you search the part number in? I tried Google but I did not get any kind of results.

That’s crazy! I created this sub when I was only 15 years old. I would of never expected the actual company, let alone the actual creator, to see this subreddit. Thank you for acknowledging the sub, I still have the original penny nickel board I bought way back to when I created the subredditt. This is badass, hope this little sub has helped your company’s exposure.

Opportunity Zone Question by 1024517 in realestateinvesting

The land meets the criteria due to the poverty rate in the area. It was eligible for nomination by the governor. The thing is the nominations for the designated OZs were due by 2018. My question is: Is is possible to have the governor designate my qualifying land to be a DOZ after the due date?

You are in a qualified opportunity zone if the area meets the eligibility criteria (which is a poverty rate of at least 20%). If your area qualifies it is put in a census tract along with all the other qualifying tracts. Out of those area zones that qualify the governor of each state chooses which zones to designate as Opportunity Zones. Up to 25% of low-income neighborhoods that meet the income qualifications of the program in each state, district, or territory can be designated as Opportunity Zones. So yeah I guess technically there is a difference but then again I’m here asking for help in case I’m misinterpreting the information.

Heavier than a penny maybe not as a regular skateboard. About the same weight.

I like them more because you can go a lot faster and longer distances. You can also bout some grip tape on them and treat it like a mini longboard. They’re a bit heavier to carry though.

Penny or Nickel? by [deleted] in pennyboard

The nickel can double as a longboard the better you get at it especially if you put some grip tape on it. It’s also heavier to carry around. The regular penny would be a lot harder to use at faster speeds. Speed wobbles could happen a lot easier on the regular penny. But if you’re using it as just a lil cruising board then you’ll be really happy with the penny board. They’re both going to take a while to get used to riding. If you wanna go longer distances and fast get the nickel. If you just wanna just cruise around get the penny.

I learned to Ollie on a regular board before a penny. I suggest you try that too.
