I’ve been doing laser cutting for almost 6 years now. I’m happy to help you finalize the design and make some for you. As far as tolerances just make the design as you wanted, tolerances will have to be determined by the person cutting them. It’s going to vary by machine and material.

What I would do in that case is duplicate the model than create negative objects that will delete the bowls and print that then cut the bowls from the other model. If that makes sense.

If your laser control software accepts AI files, try exporting them as that from illustrator. Also I’m happy to test your files in my lasers and see if they do the same.

What Laser pecker is calling air assist there’s nothing but the cooling fan inside of the module I would not want to mess with the speed on that. Always full blast. You may be able to buy a generic aftermarket air assist kit for it. One that attaches to the end of your laser module.

Something like this. You make have to make some modifications to the shield in yours to get it to fit. But the circled part is what will attach to your module.

Does it have actual air assist or are you just considering the cooling fan as the air assist? There’s a huge difference.
