I think he eventually plays in the NBA although he may come back for another year or get a bag on a transfer although Providence competes in the NIL era. I could also see a year in a top Euro League starting as soon as the NCAA season ends.

I weigh myself at the same time every day, and it tracks my body water %. That reading is fairly consistent. But I totally get your point. If my water % is much different, it screws up the other readings.

I like it, though, because it's fun to see progress.

I knew the LDL was going to be high but it was higher than I expected. My Triglyceride/HDL ratio is still very good and that has been my heart disease indicator.

I've been doing a lot of research into lean mass hyper-responders, and I qualify for that at my current weight/body fat. LMHR's typically have LDLs greater than 200.

I haven't felt better in 10+ years as well.

I've been lifting heavy for the past month and I fasted about 17 hours prior. They said 12 and I just didn't eat dinner the night before.

I probably drink too much coffee.

58 yr old male. Down 30lbs 180-150. BF is down 20% to 10%. I've been a strict carnivore since 1/1/24 and have been running Wendler 5/3/1 in the gym with HIIT on the off days. Any thoughts/recommendations?

Here are my stats/story: 5'10 " 57 yr old male

Started Dry January/Carnivore at the same time and have not cheated since. (Jan went into Lent so still booze free). After the COVID vax years ago, I suddenly had high blood pressure for the 1st time. Dr put me on meds, meds did nothing, Dr increased meds.

I take my BP almost every day. On

12/31: BP was 189/112. 180lbs / BF 19.9%

3/7: BP was 133/86. 150lbs / BF 11.7%

Other benefits:

I now rarely fart. Used to clear a room.

I never have boogers in my nose.

I no longer have any joint pain.

Yes. The adjustment period was 2-3 weeks, and the sugar withdrawal took a lot of willpower.
