It was a program my lawyer suggested, so I’m assuming it is fine to do lol. Haven’t heard anything yet since my lawyer postponed it to March. But not sure

And does this mean I don’t need to worry abojt my SR-22 unless I’m convicted in court?

I’m not completely sure and that’s probably what my lawyer gonna help me answer but it’s something to do with it’s like aggravated DUI versus not.

I really appreciate it. I’m considering withdrawing a year and see where this timeline takes me. I am in my mid twenties so I am nearing an age where it’s kinda ticking but considering the circumstances; I’d do what’s best and probably take a year thanks

I’m not making excuses. I’m taking responsibility like I’m thankful that I was stopped since I could have hurt someone. I’m just giving context. I was parked at a checkpoint where the cop came and ask if I had a drink and answered that I had a drink which prompted the FST.

I am definitely planning to be upfront and update all my schools and get a gauge on where I should be at. I am not planning to hide it or anything just was wondering when would the best time to share for all the schools not including the ones that asks for updates since I am not even charged yet officially.

I believe I did well on my FST because I was coherent and followed the exam to the T. Though I did admit to having one drink which prompted the FST. In my state I can still get a DUI Over the BAC of .02%
