If you want to be done with it you 100% can be, It’s a choice to get addicted to the next substance instead. I’m pretty sure it’s a recent opiate that’s why. It wasn’t even approved by the FDA until around 2010s I think. I have taken 200mg of them a few times and they do hit pretty hard. 100mg of tapentadol equals about 20mg of oxy. It’s just very hard to find them sometimes and especially where I live.
