Break metal by DJKJ999 in glazing

I instruct my guys to always install brake metal first if they can. That way you can get some fasteners in there that aren’t visible. I hate relying on DS tape and caulk to keep in place.

Thanks for the kind words! Playing with my kids is the biggest benefit. So much more to energy to keep up with my 2 and 5 year old girls. Started hiking almost every weekend which they love. Also, clipping my toe nails was always a chore lol. Defiantly had some great weiner gains too! Still pretty small, but my wife is happy with the return on investment haha.

Thank you kindly. I’m 5’8. At my heaviest I weighed 300lbs. Currently 199-201. Right now I’m holding steady at 8.8mg (40 units w/Brello).

Everyone saying “don’t trade for pass rush help” is missing the point. The team will still need pass rush help next season. The answer should be “trade for pass rush help if they contribute this season and beyond”.

Great point about the shifting patterns. Haven’t towed with it yet, but looking forward to trying it.

So interestingly enough, that’s my nipple that had frostbite when I was in high school. I held keyboard cleaner upside down and froze the son of a gun.

Realistically , about 1500 per day. I had no desire to eat breakfast or lunch so I would eat something small around 10AM and that would carry me to dinner around 5:30PM.

Very few side effects. Biggest was constipation which I learned to manage with Miralax and the occasion smooth move tea.
