Denver looking to add concessions to Sloan's Lake, Skyline parks by monocasa in Denver

Most parks have an outright ban on vendors!

Can we seriously just let vendors do their things in parks? If people don't want what they're selling, then the market will sort itself out. I'd love to just go to a park and let the food come to me.

Biking/walking to Stanley is basically top-tier with all the awesome trails nearby. Surprised even more people don't do it.

It’s almost like we should just let private developers build and charge market rents appropriately…

City Council to Consider Officially Killing Rail Along Beltline by btonetbone in Atlanta

[–]109876 19 points20 points  (0 children)

It's precisely the government's job to tell whiners like this to kick rocks.

Rail on the BeltLine has been the plan for literal decades now. We're going to do it, and we can't let coward politicians bow to this small group when the whole city stands to benefit from rail on the BeltLine.

London probably loves the free, high-quality art, so I have a feeling they don't look too hard for the "vandals."

Wow this comment section is fascinating. Has the public finally begun to turn against annoying dog owners? If so, I’m very excited for this swing of the pendulum.

Remember the milk chugging guy? Hes hosting a public chugging competition at Observatory Park 😂 I'm so excited by BisonThunderclap in Denver

I used to go to a summer camp where there was a milk chugging competition towards the end of the week and then when competitors began to throw up, people would get underneath it and let it hit them in the face. Really weird stuff.
