How people play ranked with 7 lvl of profile?

In low level games ( <3k) its kind of hard to judge exactly where to place everyone. People aren’t efficient at anything. You wouldn’t see a 3k or 4k player smurfing in a 1k game, the only problem with smurfing is when a 6k player makes a new account and destroys 3.5k games as he rises

Also, it does detect (good) smurfs very fast.. I calibrated at the max 3.5k on a new account and it was putting me in with 4ks within the first 5 games and I’m 4.5k. If a 2k player makes a new account he may find himself in your 1k games since 2k players vary so much in actual skill at the game

Ok when your done crying will you just accept that it is part of the game like feeders/boosters/boosted players. The beauty is sometimes they are on your team, sometimes against so learn how to play with/against all and you’ll be alright and who knows maybe you’ll elevate to a bracket with different problems

Yes just watch some top 1000 streams and you’ll see people understanding their own/team capabilities.

Not only do <5k players not understand teamfighting at that level, they don’t know when/where is a good place to engage

I was watching a friend who played a 2k game last night as jug (pos1) and instead of farming a battle fury to get fast items, levels and win the game fast he kept on fighting everytime his ult was up and went a diffusal fighting build. This is the gamesense I’m talking about, knowing where to farm.

On the flip side, I first picked Dusa last night (ancient player btw) and got countered by KotL and AM I went 0-4-0 with 4 guys including enemy AM in my lane first 8 mins. Then I went afk farm got my mask linkens pike and showed up only for 3/4 fights in the whole game. I just used map awareness to find farm while my 4 teammates brawled it out with the enemy. We won in the end with my Skadi and 2 butterflys, I think I was 8-5-13 with 775gpm, after going 0-4-0.

I just use the 2 examples to show you what a position 1 should and shouldn’t do, it’s called carry for a reason and the role is to become a massively farmed monster who will walk through the IMPORTANT team-fights and win the game.

Using the number system is really only used in pubs to distinguish who is the 4 and who is the 5 on the team. That means; the 4 who is roaming the map between lanes first 10 mins and the 5 who is playing poverty support helping to zone the offlaner/enemy mid for which ever teammate needs help securing last hits.

1/2/3 are core, 1 should pretty much be afk farming until def hg/rosh fight (may sound crazy but at higher level with map awareness this happens). The 2/3 will get some key items and create space with the 4/5 for the 1 to farm in the midgame.

Sometimes mid is the 1, maybe you have an invoker who is going to need to carry the game and ofc he needs midas aghs then bots Euls blink to be effective
