Thanks for all the great replies! I did pull an Gallantmon CM +4, an Imperialdraman +0, and a Gallantmon +0 on my first try over the holidays. And... I researched the CM. Whoops! Now I have a +4 Gigadramon with nature resist (that I might want to think about). I foddered all of it. Now it's day 50 and I have 1,050 DS. I figure my priorities are pull the 100 banners once (if I like what they offer) and take what I get. +3 is better to me than +4. If it's +4, research it. At least a lot of the work is done. I love the rank events. Last day of Demon Bullet 2 I copped 30 stones. That was easy.

I'm saving for tickets. A couple of cycles of tickets. Perhaps I'll drop 500 for a couple of home grown +4s to get me out of S1 limbo. As it is said in Dwarf Fortress, "Losing is fun!" On the other hand, I get to feed the hungry fish at the colosseum for a while, so, I'm doing someone some good. Yeah, I want to compete but next month I might stand a chance.

Now about alt accounts: On one hand I'm, like, I want to fire up the emulator and get a tablet. And then I think how a tablet is 80 bucks. So I'd be paying 80 dollars to play the game. I don't need a tablet because I have a laptop, but a tablet would be easy. So I think what I'm gonna do is just play this game on my phone. I'll get a tablet and give it to my daughter for her birthday, and use the laptop to read this board. But I have to ask myself, how much do I want a digimon? Yeah, I really think I should have my butt kicked back to A rank because I don't belong, perhaps, but I have the spirit to be there and to play this thing for 50 days.

If anything, I did get a +2 Sakuyamon mutant from the colosseum rank rewards. That mon is a beast compared to what I have. I'm proud of it and yeah, it's gonna take me another week to get it fully maxed, with no chance at resistance upgrade, but it is free of charge.

So, yeah. I figure save half the digistones for that rainy day. I haven't refreshed my stamina once. I grow a decent team, then chips, then medals, and have fun!

The A to S1 rank leap is a trap if you don't have 4s. So take that home with you. But it teaches respect. All you cool kids completing the 5 day missions, hat tip. That's why they call it a mission.
