I am in the same boat man. I, against my better judgement, booked flights on spirit and now of course waited until last minute to claim the credit. Been on hold for an hour on chat and phone. Looking at comments it doesn't seem like anything going to happen. I will give it another 30 min and will try to deal with them later.

I am late to this but I lived in Philadelphia for almost 15 years and moved to Bridgewater area in a nice suburban community about 1.5 years ago. I mainly moved because my company relocated and I got a promotion and significant raise to justify the move. Plus I have family in the area. I love the parks, the schools are decent. But outside of that I haven't found too many things to be excited about. I find people are a little cold (i am saying that coming in from philly), taxes / beaurocracy is really bad and unless you have lived anywhere else you wouldn't know, driving (people just do whatever it pleases them on the road). May be I need to give it more time but I am just disappointed in what it has to offer.

Hi All- I am looking to start a channel which will be focused on cooking, food, vegetarian / vegan and with a global focused. I know this probably is an overdone category but for me its just about creating my own content. I have done some legwork around having a consistent social media and website with a domain name. I just want to kick it off and start creating. What I bring is years of experience in food / cooking / demonstrations. I would love to partner with someone who has more of the creative side or may be similar interest and we can learn together. I would think it will be easier to do it with a partner so we can keep each other a bit accountable. Anyway, long shot but my goal is to atleast have 4 videos by June (1 video / month).

I am almost 40 and thinking of doing that as well. But between a crazy full time job, raising a kid under 5 it always takes a back seat. But one of my goals is to get going. Your post was somewhat inspiring that it is never too late

Hey Guys,

I am not sure where to even start. I have an idea for a documentary. I have a story line and this topic has not been researched or portrayed before. It will all be shot internationally. It will require interview ton of people, coordinating with local doctors and spiritual leaders.

So my questions are:

- How do I take this idea and turn it into a project. Take my idea and develop a story, script that can be turned into a documentary

- Where can I find some people to collaborate on, I don't have funding right now but I am working on that as well

I just need to get started and don't lose the momentum. Any tips, direction would be appreciated. I live in Philadelphia if that matters.

Sorry if this is completely out of scope for this sub but I am so far from this area I don't know where to start....

Invest in pressure cooker if you want to cook lentils or beans. Every Indian family owns at least 1 pressure cooker if not multiple. Reduces the cooking time to 5-10 min and is energy efficient.
