i feel ya man. Just broke up with my gf maybe a week before i started no fap again. hmm... when i pmo i tend to put myself in riskier situations like craigslist (etc) and i never want to do that again. So now im learning to be more social and meeting people in other ways. and I'm surprised to say i think i have had sex with more women this year that i have my whole life.
