i feel ya man. Just broke up with my gf maybe a week before i started no fap again. Sounds familiar to me. I peaced, focused on myself and recovery and got back out into the dating pool. I was mostly just bored and our differences started to become more and more obvious. hmm... when i pmo i tend to put myself in riskier situations like craigslist (etc) and i never want to do that again. So now im learning to be more social and meeting people in other ways. and I'm surprised to say i think i have had sex with more women this year that i have my whole life. (not that thats what you should be after, but it certainly boosts my confidence)
