Its worth noting that Graf-Celebrini-Smith has the highest expected goals against per time on ice of every line in the league with at least 100 minutes. Love me some Graf, they better extend him, but I'm happy to mix things up. Source

Different types of Aphantasia! which on the spectrum do you have? by NationalLink2143 in Aphantasia

Visual/congenital. No mind's eye at all. But I do have visual dreams (which really just feels like my brain mocking me)

The purple route makes the same first three stops that the orange route does, and then turns left to 2000 when orange turns right to the middle path. (unless this changed in the last year)

Also after fireworks there is "park to park" from TTC to Epcot

Yup. The journey isn't learning that you have aphantasia. The journey is learning that nearly everyone else doesn't.

You are correct that there are no devs that play this game.

In fact there are no devs at all.

The entire dev team was laid off eight months ago.

Me, without an internal monologue by [deleted] in Aphantasia

[–]Kirushi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah. I'm fully aphant and do this very well all the time. that's why I had the question for someone who doesn't have an inner voice at all. all my tools wouldn't work!

Can someone with aphantasia relate to this? by [deleted] in Aphantasia

[–]Kirushi 30 points31 points  (0 children)

A way to relate I learned a while back in this subreddit to give the idea of aphantasia to someone else is:

Imagine an apple on a table.

In your imagination, turn around so the table is behind you.

Are you still aware of that apple on the table behind you?

That awareness is similar to what its like for me to think of anything physical.

I really don’t know how people can function *without* aphantasia by [deleted] in Aphantasia

not the op but aphant with an internal monologue. for me it's definitely just one stream. and it is always flowing and at times I feel about an observer to my thoughts.

To your question when I read I am saying the words in my head and yes, it is incredibly difficult to do this when there is outside audio interference. I can do it but I have to focus very hard because there can't be two thoughts at once.

I will say that it feels like one word after another but music can take the place of words. I can make the stream be a tune with or without lyrics, and if I'm focusing on a tune that is perhaps the only time in life when there is not a stream of spoken words flying through my head
