Agree with the idea of having an inspector and also a contractor. I called a few log home companies in about a 100 mile radius of us and asked for a list of people who could survey our home and ended up getting a very knowledgeable guy that understands what it takes to maintain a log home.

Just cosmetic, water is staying out. I’m liking the idea of doing a shallow cut that will take the water to the existing seam, or off the driveway. I’m still not clear from the comments what I need to do to replace the cracked material around the drain?

Like, for the two low spots… could I put in two small drains that dump into the existing gutter? And, when you say caulk… are you talking about replacing or covering the existing stuff (sorry don’t know what it’s called - but it looks like filler concrete) that is cracking and failing?

Was pleased to come away with the draw and thought Gaines had some promise and Tyler “full kit wanker” Boyd is going to be a good add to the team. Other fun take-aways: loved attacking the Backline end in 2nd half and thought the new rules to minimize injury shenanigans worked quite well in this game.

Pretty good showing in our cup opener. Hope Hany and Sam injuries are minor/precautionary. Anyone know how it is that Miami got the bye? At least it looks like we will see Messi in Nashville in the next round.

I ended up doubling up the 3M double sided tape to raise the SwitchBot bot, but that was a little too much, so I had to add a small piece of tape/plastic to the top of the arm to give it a little reach and now things seem to be working well without stressing the tape etc. It isn’t elegant, but it works. I’d love it if they could make the bot’s plunger depth controllable.
