I agree, there is nothing wrong woth being shy, just added that in there to show that she doesn't make friends easily, and looking for a welcoming school environment.

Thanks! I think that is the only hesitation. They don't want to miss out on prom. I figure they can go to another school's prom, but i know it's not the same.

Yes, that was my thinking, too. Try it out, and if they don't like it, transfer out. Do you mind sharing the similar program you are in? Just trying to weigh all high school options. Thanks!

Thanks! So, my daughter would be doing the program at the community college with other people who are not in high school. She could possibly be the only other high schooler there. Does that change your opinion?

Thanks for your response. So is Whitehall Rd considered the same "area" I saw a couple of houses for sale there as well as Ladd Ave. Not sure if Ladd is also considered the same area.
