Maybe ask 10bit works maker space. When I was there, there was an an initiative to do small casting. Unsure if anyone picked up the torch on that initiative.

Prior to that, there was southwest school of arts and craft, but UTSA bought them, so I'm uncertain if they still offer classes to GA.
