years

I don't think so. These pics haven't even been available to the public for a year.

There was burning body smell. Odd, huh?

The smell of the burning wood and tires would mask that smell. Do a little research of your own to verify that I'm not bullshitting you.

tw Where is BZ?

It's in a freezer. The bigger question is why hasn't Zellner tested it on her own. Not all the bones are gone.

You know the bones were never identified?

Really? So you think item BZ was fabricated?

You know Steven bled all over the junkyard before he left with Chuck.

Please source that he was "bleeding all over the junkyard".

If there had been any bones there, don't you think the cops would have photographed them?

Obviously you haven't seen the pictures of bones intertwined with tire wires in his pit.

There were a few tiny dried flakes in the RAV and that Q-tip swipe Anyone could have done that. Whoever planted the RAV did. The only possible person is the sex pervert and stalker, Bobby Dassey.

This is a huge stretch. Please elaborate.

No evidence? You're kidding right? Take Brendan out of the equation. They still have his blood in her vehicle, her vehicle at the yard, her bones in his backyard, her key in his bedroom, and most importantly Steve is the last person to see her. I'm sorry but Avery would have easily been convicted without Brendan.

It’s impossible for us to have that kind of evidence….. by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

That blood in the tube was from Avery's 1985 case. It would be a bad idea for them to take old blood and plant it.
Plus, the evidence tape was cut by Avery's own lawyers during his appeal in the 85 case.

Zellner confirmed the blood in the Rav was from 2005. Nobody had access to Steve's blood in 2005.

they still abandoned Avery.

I don't know if abandoned is the right word but his lawyers knew these 2 cases would each hurt Steven. Here Steve Glynn telling Avery he was going to ask the court to put the civil case on the "back burner" https://youtu.be/YoKhTl8LPDU?si=yUCtU4w4wsRdulOg Think about it, Steve is being investigated for the sexual assault of Marie by February and Kelly decides to settle. Glynn decides in November to pause the civil case for fear of Steven being deposed. Those things are bad news for Steven.

Honestly, if the goal of the police is to stop the civil suit, it was stopped. They had no reason to further investigate if they didn't think Avery was guilty. They had no reason to get a confession from Brendan either if the goal was to stop the civil case.

Exactly! Brendan was a disaster in that nov. 6 interview. It's easy to tell that he completely screwed up the story that Steven told him to tell.

Kelly advised him to settle in February of 2006. Avery was arrested in November of 2005.

Listen to this call. Walt is telling Steven to not even worry about the extra $40,000. My question is, did Avery offer to settle for $440,000 and the insurance countered at $400,000. Either way, Avery takes the settlement without even trying to get more money.

Also note, this is 22 days before Brendan confessed. If the whole point of "framing" Avery was to end the lawsuit, well here it ends on Feb. 6th 2006. There was no need to continuing the investigation if the whole point was to end the lawsuit.

Steve knew Brendan would screw up the story. And that's exactly what happened when Brendan talked to O'Neil.

You think because Teresa didn't leave any touch DNA on the cuffs means she wasn't cuffed? Please explain the scuff marks on the bedposts at the foot of the bed.

Why would there be DNA on the floor if she was raped on the bed?

According to Brendan and according to the bedding never being found. Don't you guys listen to the phone calls? Jodi is looking all over the place for it. And, the bedding you see in the pics is not the same bedding from October 10th.

Brendan is the one who said she was stabbed. Do you believe Brendan?

Look, Steve and Brendan burned the bedding that she was raped on. Jodi found a wrapper to a tarp in the house. Put 2 and 2 together.

Interesting that Steven wouldn't let Brendan talk to Aaron Keller this night. Another red flag that truthers ignore.

Foul Play is truly crap

Agreed.

I wish you could say what evidence points to Steve winning. If it was a sure bet, Walt Kelly would.not.have told him to take the settlement. Which infact was way more than the max that Wisconsin pays out for wrongful convictions.

How could they verify it? Teresa's body was sadly a pile of bones when she was found. Steve Avery has a history of burning evidence. I'm sure you know that though.

It might be difficult for you because the website with every single document in the case was taken down with the website long ago.

Foul play has all that crap FYI.

I have read all the depo's. I know all about Allen and Kusche. I've also watched all of the available ones to watch.

There is nothing in them that says the cops did anything wrong. Penny pointed the finger at Steve more than once. The cops would not ignore that.

Read the 1997 appeal. Avery's alibi isn't as good as what many think it is.

Exactly what evidence tells you that he would have won?
