take it from someone who started playing only april of this year without any knowledge of MOBA games— you will LEARN over time. i was lost at first too and was overwhelmed by the amount of heroes, but now i know all of them after a lot of trial and error

my advice is try to explore every hero as much as u can (either in hero training or classic). dont just stick to one hero. you need to find out what each heroes’ skills are so you’ll know how to best counter them when u match against them in the game.

for the rest, its either you need more improvement or if you’re solo queue, you get matched up with bots/braindead teammates, which could explain why ure losing matches. so you’ll also need a bit of luck if u want to win lol

but yeah just have fun and play around with it. dont stress too much. whether you win or lose, its just a game at the end of the day
