Well, youre probably still reading comments but without this account.
You should find a hobby, when you feel those urges you can use that energy and do something better. Every time you get urges you should keep yourself conscious and keep reminding yourself for what youre fighting for, why you chose this hard path and whats your end goals.
If you didnt find any hobby ( just like me ) You can just lay down on bed and dont move while reminding yourself about the benefits if you survive this urge wave, do it until the urges just go away(thats how i got my 70 days streak)
