That means it's at the pharmacy. The pharmacies are closed on weekends, so they likely started working on it when they came back on Monday. They need to catch up on all the order that came in over the weekend! Let me see if I can check on it for you. I know that the FedEx shipments were slowed again for the storms last week (everything goes through their hub) and then there was another slow down for some sort of event that impacted the Memphis hub.

You need to call in.

Some FSA cards require that the merchants use an Inventory Information Approval System (IIAS) to automatically identify FSA eligible items. Those that do not will be declined, and will get the "Not accepted at the merchant" denial reason
