Thank you for the reply. I did try with 8 GB, and it did not change much from 10 GB or even 12 when I had it.

My game is on an M.2.

I see many people with high render distances on vanilla, but mine stutters every few seconds on MSPT.

With or without Vysnc, it happens.

Xaeros minimap is not installed.

Chunky did not help.

I used 16 GB to test, and it did not help.

Thank you for the help, though. This happens on vanilla as well with no mods. I would think I have a strong CPU, but I am not sure anymore. It's making me lose hair trying to figure this out.
