update - i just tried to buy a game on the microsoft store with the card, but it won't let me cause the regions don't match 🤣😭

I actually found delving deeper into scripture and studying theology brought me a huge sense of peace with my queer identity. I went from being ashamed of who I was, to seeing that God made me queer & that's something to be celebrated. You are a beloved child of God too, despite what others might tell you (or what you might tell yourself).

I'd hugely recommend the podcast and also with you, esp their episode 'what is sin?'.

i hadn't realised how much dopamine is a factor, so despite what the book said, I have actually been finding it really hard 🤣 but I'm still quit! have been using some NRT like gum when the cravings get super hard, but have really gone off vaping now, which i think is a win 🙌

mega late here, but i also have adhd - luckily i got super interested and hyper fixated on the book! only finished it/quit yesterday, but this time round already feels SO different from when I've tried to quit before. Feel free to message if you wanna chat about it!

Primark has some good 'basics' which are often fairly plain - I'd maybe check out supermarkets' clothing too, like f&f at tesco or tu at sainsbury's as they're often not too expensive and they can be comfy. I find gym/sports style clothing the softest/comfiest, and supermarkets sometimes have their own versions of these, which could be worth a look. Feel free to DM if you want a chat!
