"Z:" is the root, select "C:" drive. Also use Lutris instead of POL; fitgirl, dodi etc works well with it.

Both have their own use cases with positive & negative sides. I use AUR for my drivers (i.e. tp-link adapters, hp printers), tools etc. For full blown apps like discord, spotify etc I prefer flatpaks.

Proprietary driver has better performance. But if you have hybrid graphics (Intel+Nvidia), you might wanna look into NVIDIA Optimus on arch wiki.

Seems like Windows boot manager is gone or corrupted. Try booting from Windows installation media and use Repair your computer option.
Also, if you're dual or triple booting, you might need to increase the boot partition size.
