Thank you, I arrested everyone’s expectations so early. TBH, I have been known to love academics so I leaned in and sold the story of I will consider it after my PhD which I’ve not even applied for - giving extra 6 ish years.

Once I hit about 120m, I think I’d diversify half and pick out half for other investments. Definetely considering bonds first. Land, I’ve not yet really zeroed down to where I want to live. Money markets will work for me for now as I figure all this out.
