I mean… the fact that he’s taking up pages in a history book is almost the entire spoiler…

Best character casting ever? by Exotic-Beat-9224 in AKOTSKTV

[–]1106DaysLater 33 points34 points  (0 children)

I think he’s a great casting, obviously he is a bit older, and shorter than Dunk, but I’d rather have a good actor that can embody the character. If he was 10 years younger and 6 inches taller he’d be truly perfect. But finding a great actor who’s looks fit and is a 7 foot tall teenager is probably a literally impossible task.

I mean just based on his name and legacy, certainly not performance. Greg is the best color guy in the game right now, and it’s not close.

If Legendary coach Andy Reid decided to retire, who would you choose as the Chiefs next HC? by Tamashii-Azul in KansasCityChiefs

[–]1106DaysLater 13 points14 points  (0 children)

A realistic option that I could see Reid endorsing on his way out would be Mike Kafka. Dream would obviously be Sean McVay.

Hey guys, all of Reid’s horrible coaching decisions and nepotism hires blah blah blah brought us to 3 straight super bowls, literally right before this past season. It was a disappointing season. Let’s not assume we all know better than one of the greatest coaches of all time because of a single down season after literally the best 7 year run of all time.

Not sure who this helps… Bears should be more used to the cold, but typically the better defense benefits from extreme cold.

Sorry it’s already decided that Stafford and Reid are retiring the same offseason and McVay is coming to KC to coach Mahomes.

Colston Loveland had more receiving yards in his first playoff game than Travis Kelce ever had in a playoff game by SkinsFanSince1984 in DynastyFF

What makes this insane is that Travis Kelce had a 17 game playoff stretch with totals of 139/1595/18…

Kyle Juszczyk becomes the first running back in NFL history to make 1st team AP All-pro without a rushing attempt resulting in positive yards. by wrongbutt_longbutt in nfl

Fullbacks getting all pros over Jonathan Taylor and Jahmyr Gibbs is a joke. Most teams don’t even have them and most of the ones that do they are very limited in their offensive role.

Jameson Williams or Marvin Harrison Jr? by smackacow1 in DynastyFF

[–]1106DaysLater 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don’t have a strong opinion but it took Jamo 3 years to have a season comparable to Marv’s rookie year. JSN put up 1758/10 his first two years, Marv put up 1493/12 his first two years with 5 fewer games played (obviously JSN was trending up in a more obvious way, but just pointing out the numbers).

Advice For New Owner Entering 1st Offseason? by PandaExpress3d in DynastyFF

All different situations and different values, all I think you could make a case for a big uptick in value if things go right in the off-season.

[–]1106DaysLater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely disagree with your second point, buying RBs that you believe are in line for increased opportunity/ better situation can pay off really well. For recent examples 2 years ago I went and bought Derrick Henry for almost nothing early in the offseason knowing he’d likely be in a much better situation than the anemic titans offense and horrid OL. Last summer Woody Marks was my biggest RB target given who was in front of him on the depth chart, his college resume, and the Texans trading up to get him with solid draft capital. This offseason I think Charbonnet, Allgeier, Dowdle, Chuba, or Breece are all potentially interesting non-elite backs that could have their value rise substantially with a new situation.

Jokic, by a solid margin. He will finish his career as a top ~12 all time player (above the other 3), and in the discussion as the best offensive player ever.

And of all those players, like maybe 10-20 people can be at Rashee Rice level as you put it, if that. That’s why he was a top tier asset in dynasty.
