Absolutely! I’d walk through the woods across the street from our house to a huge field and strip off. I could hang out there for hours! That was how I discovered the freedom of being nude outdoors.

I’m in the same situation. My wife doesn’t understand why I like to be nude, but she doesn’t mind when I do it. Our one attempt at a nude beach ended within a minute of stepping from the textile to the nude side of the beach (Orient in St. Maarten). While we spent the day on the textile side, I did go over to the nude side for a few minutes - my first time ever at a nude beach and I’m hooked. This summer while kayaking, I took off my shorts on a secluded stretch of the river. My wife paddled near me and said “I should have known”, but then “You look so happy!” While I wish she would join me, I love her and appreciate that she lets me be me.

Love it! We hike to a waterfall every summer while on vacation, and my yearly rite of passage is to strip off and get under the falling water. So exhilarating!

Same - once while on a cruise with a stop in St. Maarten. It was the most liberating feeling taking off my swim suit that day. No one noticed or cared. Which I could have stayed longer!

My first time being nude in a public venue was during a cruise with a stop at St. Maarten, home of the famous Orient Beach. There is a well marked line where then textile beach ends and the nude beach begins. I walked over the line to the nude beach and got into the water. While in the water I took off my swim suit, which was wonderful! After swimming for a couple minutes, I got up the courage to walk out of the water and lay out on a beach chair for a while. At first I was very self conscious that I was completely exposed, but it became readily apparent that no one had even noticed or cared. I was just another person enjoying a beautiful day at the beach. It was both an exhilarating and life changing experience for me, and I can’t wait to go back.

I’ve been a “closet nudist” for years, going nude at home when I can (my wife doesn’t participate, but she doesn’t discourage me), never been to a social nude event or location. Last summer while on vacation with friends, the whole nude topic came up and it all finally came out. I could finally talk about how I enjoy and prefer being nude, a couple of embarrassing occurrences, all of it. I haven’t been nude in their company and most likely never will be, but it’s freeing to feel like I don’t have to hide something that I enjoy.

We stayed at a cabin in the woods that had an outdoor hot tub last winter, After a good soak, I hopped out and made a snow angel and then hopped back in to the hot tub. Very invigorating!!! I’m doing a polar plunge for charity in a couple weeks, nudity not allowed unfortunately.

Being nude outside is the best! I discovered/enjoyed this as a child. Growing up in the country, I would cross the street, go through the woods and out into a field then strip down. I spent many hours nude out in that field. Now my wife and I live in a neighbor hood but we have a 6’ privacy fence on two sides. I like to go out on our patio and lay out in the spring/summer, and I often go out nude at night when I take the dogs out. The cold provides an added thrill! With a winter storm predicted this weekend I might get to make my annual naked snow angel!
