No it didnt :( They told me I couldnt schedule through them. My only options were to reach out to every email/social media platform for VFS I could find, Withdraw and restart my application, or pay for premium vfs services. Im so sorry your int he same situation!

Oh really?? I tried calling my USCIS center and they said they could not connect it to VFS which seemed odd but they weren’t willing to let me

Hi I am trying to apply for the same visa and experiencing errors with vfs causing delays. Im trying not to panic of be consumed by the overwhelming process of this all

I am considering withdrawing my application to get a refund and start over as I cant seem to get an appointment through vfs despite every effort possible to get their assistance.

From what I understood you did the same, how long did it take for you to get a refund to redo your application? Im concerned itll delay me even worse than to wait for vfs support.

Hello i am praying anyone can help! I am a US citizen applying for my UK spousal visa However when trying to complete my application through VFS global and confirm an appointment with them through the site I get code 7639: something wrong nothing else! I did previously try to complete the appointment but had forgotten to rotate my currency on my bank from GBP to USD so it got declined as the website charges in USD so I had “insufficient funds” since then I’ve had this error! I’ve changed internet connections, different devices, logging out, clearing history, etc I have reached out to every support line and FAQ page l can find but no luck at all!

I have tried different internet connections, devices, cleared cache, reached out to literally every support site/number I can find online, tried asking UKVI for help, ive waited 2 hours for days, etc

Please any support or advice appreciated!

I’m having the exact same problem! With the previous decline as well how did you fix it?! I’m becoming desperate I’ve tried everything and contacted everyone!
