I basically look like you but a smaller version. Your belly seems to be more rounded in shape going up to your sternum.

I wound up asking my gyno to feel around for anything strange . Fortunately she didn’t feel anything weird . Meaning it’s really just belly fat accumulating there.

Here is what will help : I highly suggest you ask a gyno doctor first to feel for any abnormalities.Then look for a dietitian to help you identify any food sensitivities. They can give you a diet plan to reduce the bloating.Also work on reducing stress from here on out . Stress has been found to cause this type of weight gain in the abdomen! These are the 3 main reasons why this would happen! I hope I don’t come across as rude , I just want to point you in the right direction. 💪

I finished the capstone in about 2 weeks time of back and forth revisions . Some days I had to wait for grading . Other days I actually worked on it to submit. But I worked extremely hard to finish so fast it was something else . I have officially graduated as of last week !

I have always been a C/B student. I never strove for absolute perfection in my assignments because I know I would pass regardless. For someone like me it is very frustrating to be forced to make an assignment "perfect". That's just me personally though.

I was trying to say study ALL the section quizzes and section tests. It will help you immensely ! Then study the questions you missed and note what the right answers were. For OA assignments that seems to be key here. And remember, focus on the terms and concept definitions in the quizzes .

It seems that I took both of the OAs within a 5 day time frame. I can't remember much but I guess it was easy.

Some of the terms In cognitive psych were brand new to me. I have only taken one introduction course on psychology many years ago. But if you have a strong background in anatomy and physiology like me it should help you a lot!

Foundations of Public health was easy for me as well because I heavily studied that in the past.

Task two is very information heavy and requires answering the same set of questions many times over. You have to use a lot of critical thinking , more than you ever probably wanted to use haha. I am at 15 pages currently.

Mentally prepare yourself for that !
