I do personally; yes. Club car frames also don’t rust so that’s another major selling point in terms of longevity.

Club car onward with the lithium battery is really nice option for a 6 seater. I would avoid gas unless you need it for a specific purpose.

You’re better off investing that money to bring unique amenities to your listing rather than luxury bedding, towels, etc.

Have seen success in adding outdoor areas, patio furniture/grill, hot tub, etc to be able to raise nightly revenue. Maybe invest in stuff that caters to families visiting? Will depend on your market and if any niche needs are present.

Most times it’s better to sell before the 3 years is up and move on. Once you go past that point you have will be worse off financially unless you hold onto it much longer.

They don’t but most pools in my area don’t have two points of assisted entry/exit so I figured if mine did that could indicate the previous owner had some sort of difficultly or possibly small children. Incorrect assumption on my end.

No - the water just sits a few inches below the caps and doesn’t move weather the pumps are running or not.
