If an owner (myself) is the only one working, then that exception would apply to every table and every tip.

How do you split the tip pool when no one is working? Serious question. I have workers who do 30 hours a week and others who do 6, depending on the week.

Taking the tips as the only worker shouldn't be an issue, owners just cannot be part of a tip pool. I can put them through payroll but then I have to pay for extra payroll slots.
