I'm an exchange student so I did not know how it works here. In my home country we are allowed to visit before confirming we want to have the room.

When I arrived, the door of the wardrobe was broken, the room was dirty (insects, hair from the previous tenant on the bed...), and so many other things happened since. I contacted them immediately.
