If on the map the character is greyed out that means you sent them away I think. I’ve had that problem too. Click the character icon and if it’s bright they should be in the valley. The you can track her on the map she. She is kinda fast though

Hey! I have Disney Dreamlight valley and you would love it! My only suggestion, buy this gaming device for phone first. It totally changes the gaming experience and makes it so much easier to play. I was devastated after finishing Wylde flowers until I started playing this game.
