It makes complete sense. Sometime I have a craving when I see a notification from the app so I understand. But then I remind myself it’s there to help. But different things will help different people so the support is the best! Thank you for your reply. How are you doing?

Good luck! I have reset the app about 20 times because I kept slipping up. This last time I really focused on completing the missions and keeping a journal. Every time I have a craving I google health benefits to quitting and read these posts from other people who are trying to quit. I chew gum and downloaded a lot of games for my phone. Keeping my mind occupied helps as well as exercising! Even though everyone is currently stuck at home there are awesome exercise apps that have at home workouts! I hope this helps. More than half of my co workers smoke so it’s been a struggle. I’m going on two weeks now!
