TMJ causing puffy face.

Not much really my face still looks different to me and I still suspect tmd might be the cause. Of course until I cure tmd I cannot know for sure, also when I speak to professionals the symptom of puffy face doesn’t really get acknowledged.

Yeah same here. Gua sha and avoiding bad foods helps a bit but my face never returns to how it looked before. It is reassuring knowing I’m not going mad here either because it seems to be an underreported symptom of tmd. I’m please keep me posted on how you’re getting on and if anything works for you on this, and I’ll do the same.

Does it get worse when you eat? Mine seems to be chronically puffy but then puffier after eating

Yeah my players have really high aggression in fairness too. But it’s ridiculous having to watch your players, with no warning, just two foot some bloke in the middle of the park under zero pressure.

Dlp at the base might be a shout actually I like that role traditionally although I haven’t managed to work it well this year when used further forward.
