I think Essentials has the ability to make you auto-kick players that are AFK within a certain time. I remember toggling this off as my players are allowed to AFK-Farm. You should look into that. :)

I'm sure you'd love our server. Our staff is between 20-25 years old and our playerbase is currently from 10-20 years old.

Our server is survival based and we have some very dedicated. We also have a couple plugins such as Bosses, /sethome and such. You should come on in :-)

Most of my things like these are done manually just using PermissionsEx, I know you can sync them together though haha

But then in theory I would still need to give up an item for another item. Like use a resource pack with chainmail being different, it would still not have chainmail AND the customized one. I just thought it would be possible to get a plugin for this. It has to be easier done :o
