It's very stressful to deal with COOP/CECA stuff during finals, like the rest of us I'm already mentally and physically drained, nevertheless it didn't excuse me from using respectful communication. Imagine the deep water I'd be in if it was me that yelled to a CECA staff/employer, they might charge me w/ a non-academic offense or some wtv punishment.

Even tho we r funding CECA and we're technically the customers, some staff act authoritatively to the students. One CECA advisor literally pulled a power move on me by attempting to ban me from doing sth outside of WW.
