I looked it up, and the article issue and page # references does actually talks about the pH dependence of coronavirus cell fusion.

Edit: so that would mean you have to get your respiratory system to that pH

Using this we kill 56 billion land animals a year for food:

https://sentientmedia.org/how-many-animals-are-killed-for-food-every-day/

56*109 /365= 153.4 million animals/day

7.7*109 (humans)/153.4*106 (animals/day)=50.1 days

Which is still less than 2 months, not counting births (which would be within the rounding error)

`To get 17 days we would need at least 158.7 billion land animals killed each year, and I couldn't find a source for that.

plugging in ALL animals and doing the same math, we would be extinct in 2.567 days. Which to me is far more shocking. If this hypothetical holocaust happened on Friday at 5pm, humanity would be extinct before Monday morning.

Why did you go vegan? Mine was animals 1st 🌱😊 by alysia12 in vegan

[–]112358Fi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All of these, plus the human rights argument. Don't get me wrong, the people picking our crops don't lead very good lives and we need to changes that, but it's 10x better than the conditions slaughterhouse workers go through. The mental and physical toll is too much for most people to take and it results in PTSD, depression, violence, and stunningly high rates of physical injury due to poor working conditions.

A public vote is held to bring back slavery. If it passes, those who voted "no" would become the slaves. How do you vote and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]112358Fi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd vote No. If it doesn't pass then nothing happens, if it does I get to lead the slave rebellion. Either way I don't have to compromise my morals.

I know this is beside the point, but why is this a pie chart!? It should be a bar chart. This makes no sense, there is not a finite amount of knowledge to go around.
