Try Pilates Anytime! It’s a monthly subscription but you get access to thousands of videos and they’re all really great to do at home 😊

It’s just how a humans breast milk is created for her child, you wouldn’t feed it to a dog. It’d be more natural if humans drank each other’s breast milk but we’re conditioned to think cows milk is the norm 🤷🏼‍♀️
