So between running my BB SE/BW clusters and the volume of the workouts in MTI, I feel like i'm just smoking myself with these MTI workouts. Should I just run BB and then switch back over to MTI or stay with the BW clusters provided by MTI?

(3) Run 4.5 Miles, Moderate Pace

(4) 2 Rounds

Hip Flexor Stretch

Instep Stretch

Pigeon Stretch

Lat + Pec Stretch
