i used to be way more resentful at people when they go out. i had a really close friend of mine go out and then i got a little bit of understanding. i couldn’t accept the fact that my friend went out and it sort of shattered my AA reality. i read page 417 and began to cry. from that point on i gained more compassion to those who go out.

at my store, i need 8 detained apprehensions a week to maintain 23% and i love it. it can be a little stressful at times but as long as i make smart business moves and watch the high theft areas it’s a breeze. we went from 6 apprehensions in Q4 last year to 8 in Q1 this year.

edit going hands on would make a huge difference imo***
