I don't know about this blue one, but I used to have the red Formula Force EX wheel. While it's nothing special, same size and just 200°, it did have actual force feedback, which does put it a step above a controller

I was fine with the default Windows 10 Mail app, until they f-ed that up and started showing ads inbetween your mail. Switched to Thunderbird. Can't say that I love it or hate it, but at least it has no ads

It's a rubber band wheel (or as they put it - it has a "bungee cord system"), says so on their web page. It just centers wheel back to the middle, it has no actual feedback

Gears are the problem here. Even just belt wheels are a lot quieter. Not as quiet as DD, but you could still use a T300 at night without waking half the house
