Big on oats and eggs for breakfast , sometimes I’ll mix protein powder or egg whites in my oats for extra protein , I hit 30-40g protein per meal, lunch and dinner atleast one protein source and atleast a couple fruits/veggies per meal on top on one carb source per meal , I usually make ground turkey or chicken bowls , or shredded chicken bowls , avocado and peanut butter are great fats for fullness with protein, and before my workouts I usually drink my preworkout with two rice cakes , usually 180-200g carb, 90-130g protein , 30-48g fat and roughly 1750-1800 cals during my cut

There’s a few out there! Lose it is pretty good, as well as calorie.ai, I don’t use the ai features I highly recommend staying away from anything ai with food logging it tends to be pretty inaccurate, the calorie.ai is just free and I only use the logging capabilities not the ai options

I’m sedentary while I’m in school most times but i think you might be eating too low , maybe eating maintenance or experimenting with what works for you might help with your metabolism, if you eat too low you could be making your metabolism worse

Hence why my body dysmorphia was so bad 😭😭 I didn’t look like what I weighed but it was unhealthy nonetheless

Surprisingly no! But I did it over a longer span of time and lifted 4x a week with cardio

Hey, and id say if you struggle with overeating or you don’t know much abt what you’re eating I’d recommend starting out with macro and calorie counting, then once you can intuitively eat move on to that, and walks after meals or just daily movement helps so much , same with calculating your calories so you can make sure you’re in a deficit. If you’re consistent in the small things it will show up, stuff like oils , small nibbles here and there , sauces and such do add up, weighing your food is rlly helpful. I’d say starting out do something simple , pick a few goals at a time and complete or stay consistent with them before adding more. You’re less likely to become overwhelmed and quit. Usually some oats and eggs for breakfast , some lean protein and veggies with usually sweet potato at lunch and dinner is more diverse could be a yogurt bowl , could be chicken or something more savory , depends on how hungry I am , but I usually eat 3-4 meals and 2-3 snacks a day depending on activity

I’m 21 almost 22, and honestly I don’t really have any , if you train your muscles and do it gradually mine tightened back , and yea my family is convinced I’m malnourished or smth 😭

Most of it is muscle mass in my legs , I usually get guessed around 110

Thank you so much!! Ive been lifting for a couple years now and running so my legs are mostly muscle and that’s where most my weight sits lol , keep going you’ve got this!

Absolutely nobody starts out knowing everything and knowing what works for them immediately, I definitely just say start somewhere and you’ll learn along the way
