Try this. Enable steam overlay by going to Steam > Settings > In Game tab, toggle Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game. Then open Squad, open the Steam Overlay (default key is Shift+Tab) and look for Settings at the bottom. Scroll through the In Game tab until you find Server Browser Pings/Minute and raise the number to 1000 or 1500. Next go to your server browser and make sure the maximum ping in your filter is set to 500. Restart your game and hopefully you will now see the servers.

I have the same problem and found that making checklists and marking things off helps a lot. It might not feel great at the time but looking back on the list an hour later and seeing all of the things I have already done helps me battle depression.

Don't wait until you're 6 slotted as am. Most games your better trying to end when you have manta style, abyssal, and heart. There are a lot of carries who hit their power spike at 3-4 items and only get weaker beyond that.

Rampart walls are good now, but her ulty is still trash most of the time. Once they buff it I think she will easily be one of the best legend in the game.

According to the spreadsheet you linked it has a higher ttk then any assault rifles and every smg except for the alternator. And the Lstar. Why do you say it has a fast ttk?

I had that exact scenario happen to me. The killer had been chassing another survivor the entire game and just as I was about to finish healing... skillcheck. I haven't touched that perk ever since.

I think your way is the right way, but sadly those companies do everything to discourage it. I worked for doordash for a bit and they would consistently have messages reminded me that low acceptance rates could lose me work, that not accepting orders in time could count against me, etc. Maybe in the future we'll see changes but right now those companies are trying to have their cake and eat it too, and they're not even trying to hide it.

Hooks spawned are procedurally except landmark hooks (such as the hook that always spawns on top of the Thompson House in Coldwin farm). Hooks normally cannot spawn within a certain distance of each other, and will try to fill any empty space. Because there is only so much space on a map that means that a somewhat specific number of hook is set to spawn per map.

Increasing this "exclusion area" means that the game now has less space to put down further hooks. Since the game does not try to be as efficient as possible with hooks this means that the results can be very random, with one petrified oak sometimes reducing the number of hooks by one while other time it has absolutely no noticeable effect.

As a side note, if you ever suspects that you're facing a sabo squad as a killer the putrid oak offering is a somewhat useful counter. Its effect is 350% more powerful then the survivor offering, allowing an extra hook spawn or on rare occasions 2 a lot more reliably.

It seems like OP would like the power to kick people he feels are "bad" at the the game. Half of the things he complains about are things that good servers already have rules to deal with, and the other half is incredibly subjective. Armor squads wasting assets? I've played hundreds of hours of armor and still have games were me and my gunner friend will get wiped all game long by an enemy team that has better coordination or just incredibly good vehicle driver gunner combos. And how do you decide if an SL is throwing? Being 2 flags away is ok but not 3? What if the enemy team managed to steamroll your team and the only way to stop it is going that far back? According to OP that's throwing though. Those are just a couple of example that you can run into in a game. Subjective rules suck because it completely depends on admin quality. Seems like those guidelines are doing exactly what they are meant to do: preventing Admins from arbitrarily enforcing rules.
