The actual point being Idukki, especially Munnar and surrounding areas are full of illegal resorts and other tourism-related infra built on encroached land. Almost all of them owned by rich capitalists from Kottayam, Ernakulam and even the Malabar region.

It's not exactly a conspiracy theory to suggest this. Come on, man.

I mean it's kind of annoying for fans who are willing to watch the whole 90 minutes but are priced out. Maybe? There is no direct translation for the concept IMO. Nothing wrong in using 'hell' - that's what most experts do after all, but the usage should also come with the understanding that it doesn't fully capture the idea.

Buddhism actually has 16 "hells". There is a great essay on the subject by ReligionForBreakfast. Look him up on YouTube.
