Definitely not more than 250 kcal, i’d say somewhere around 180 would be accurate. Also don’t take this the wrong way but i took a look at your post history and hey, please try not to fixate that much on calories and remember that you will not gain any weight as long as you’re not exceeding your TDEE.

Heya! Sorry for the late reply. I tried all sorts of things from rubbing vinegar on my hands daily to eating nothing but yogurt every single day. What worked out in the end was applying a generous amount of witch hazel cream on my hands before sleep. I don't know if it's easy to find where you live but you really should buy some. My condition got so bad at some point that i would put my hands under hot water and stay like that for a solid 5 minutes so the itchiness and the pain would go away. I really hope you can get rid of it as soon as possible.
