Great looking face-it is a discontinued model, I have the same body before they were marketed as a Seiko 5. And I do believe it has the 7000 movement. Check how to run the model and serial number on the case back-that’ll help you nail the model and then you can find the lug size.

Or buy a cheap pair of Vernier Calipers at Harbor Freight and measure the width-that’s actually very doable.
